Background | Seed to Supper is a curriculum designed by Oregon Food Bank and Oregon State University Extension Service to empower people with the skills to create a low-cost food garden. The curriculum has since been adopted and adapted by Cornell Cooperative Extension to empower communities in NYS, especially those facing food insecurity.
Objectives | Prepare facilitators to lead effective garden-based programs such as Seed to Supper in communities with identified food insecurity
